Join a group of new moms who gave birth the same time as you at our 8 week Mommy and Me Classes in Franklin. Our Mommy and Me Classes in Franklin are designed to give you a deeper understanding of your baby’s development, speech/language and motor milestones, as well as give you tools to manage the difficult questions regarding motherhood. The Mommy and Me Classes in Franklin is your safe space to share your joys and challenges of the week and get support from moms in the same boat as you. According to Colic Relief for Your Baby, “a benefit of joining a mom’s group is creating a routine. Once your baby comes it can feel like e whole house is off kilter. Have a weekly fixed date where you and your little one attends a group can help you get you work into a routine together.” The Southern School for Moms provides an activity that benefit both the mom and the baby. We are here to offer support in a nurturing environment.

Mommy and Me Infant Class in Franklin Tennessee. New moms find their community postpartum. Moms also come from Nashville Tennessee.
