We believe here at The Southern School for Moms that the best thing a mom can give their baby is a supported, happy, and confident mom. Our classes will change your life as a mom of a little one and your relationship with your baby, partner, family members, and yourself! We live in an era where mothers are judged if they do not parent a certain way, “bounce back” fast enough, have the latest baby product, or even breastfeed or co-sleep longer than someone else may.
We are a no-judgment zone and realize every family is different. We encourage you to release the pressure on yourself and believe that only you know what is best for your baby. What may work for your baby may not work for another mom’s baby, and that is perfectly fine! We are all moms and get it all. We provide a nurturing and safe environment where mothers can share their joys and their challenges.
